Elle magazine hosted the Elle Women in Tech event in San Francisco. The Tiffany & Co. store in Union Square was the setting for the first event where guests were welcomed with champagne and small bites. The founder of Eventbrite, Julia Hartz, spoke of women entrepreneurship and Tiara Kara from Built By Girls spoke about how to prepare the next generation of female leaders, builders, and creators to step into careers powered by technology. Special guests were then invited to a lunch the following day at Angler restaurant, which was hosted by Nina Garcia & FarFetch.
